We understand that we will not withhold tax payments from consultant fees under this Agreement. In the process of providing consulting services, the parties acknowledge that the consultant may come into contact with or obtain information that the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may consider confidential. The consultant agrees to keep all such information confidential and not discuss or disclose it with anyone other than the appropriate company representative or its designated person. - Period. This agreement begins 14 days prior to the start of each project and will terminate upon delivery of machine data unless previously terminated by either party.
